Each day, I spend some time honoring water – the water in my glass, the water in my body, the sacred water that is a source of life. Without it, we could not live. 50-70% of our body’s weight is water. Water is not some passive substance – it is alive and responsive to our thoughts and emotions.

Since all life is composed of some percentage of water, I bless the water in all beings, in all water sources across the earth.
